Potted Weed Display

Potted Weed Display The potted weed display has been a central component of the NWIPC’s weed education program since 2003. It consists of several species of invasive plants growing in pots, which travel from event to event, providing individuals the opportunity to practice their weed identification skills. In 2006, the potted weeds were used at all fall fair displays and the Buckflats Field Day project. This project is extremely helpful to educate folks to identify invasive plants of concern and was continued in 2007.
